I own a small business in PA. How can I check to see if one of my employees license is suspended?
I suspect that one of my driver's license was suspended. I asked to see her and all other employees of license, the other day but someone told me he had two licenses and only sent 1 of them to satisfy the requirements of the suspension and that is Consequently, it has one in his wallet. Mod employer is there a way i can check with PennDOT or the DMV and see if his license is suspended or if he actually has excess speed and such? Or is that information privledged?
Just call your local PD and ask ….. tell them your employer and what is the situation …… they do for me in Iowa .. do not see why they wouldnt do it for you ….
