I want to check a registration vechile but I everywere is tryning tried to charge me I can get it free?

Your Question does not give much of a clue as to why you want to check the registration number. I have given you a couple of websites provide basic information regarding the make / model etc and they do not charge for this information. However, if you want a more detailed they make an accusation. There is also a link to the DVLA who will give you basic details about the vehicle. Hope this helps you have not received any suggestions positive so far.
